> How do the group sessions differ from traditional therapy?
Noam's support groups are designed as a sanction for you to feel vulnerable and build a relationship of sharing and caring within the group. There's a therapeutic benefit to the group setting but it's a different dynamic to 1-2-1 therapy or traditional therapies. For more information about Noam's 1-2-1 work, click here.
> How do I book in to join a group session?

> How do I pay for a group session?
Payment is taken upon booking a place for the group session, please note you will need to purchase five 1hr slots at a minimum (5 weeks total).
> I might have to miss one of the group sessions, can I rejoin the following group session?
It is understandable that a session may be missed, the key is to have that commitment to yourself and to your peers to rejoin when you can, and continue to work through your struggles, with the guidance and support of Noam and your peers.
