About Noam

Twenty years. One mission.
One life well examined.

“I created The Inner Edge because I kept seeing the same gap. Brilliant, high-achieving, deeply serious people — investing enormous resources into their physical longevity, their biomarkers, their biological age — and leaving the most powerful longevity lever they owned completely untouched. The mind.”

The journey

I grew up on a kibbutz in Israel — a community built on the idea that the collective creates what the individual cannot. I learned early that we are the change we want to see, and that vision without initiative is just a dream.

That took me into technology. Into Microsoft. Into the pressure and privilege of operating at VP level in one of the world’s most demanding organisations.

I was good at it. I was also, slowly, hollowing out.

I retrained as a psychotherapist with the Chiron Association for Body Psychotherapy in London. I built a practice in Mayfair. I started sitting with the world’s most accomplished people in their most honest moments — and I discovered something that surprised me:

The higher the achievement, the more profound the gap between what people had built and who they actually were.

Twenty years later, I am still in that conversation. But now I have built something that means more people can join it.

Private Client Work

Noam works with a very small number of private clients each year — individuals, couples, and executives for whom depth, discretion, and transformation are non-negotiable.

Private client work is available by application only. Sessions are held ongoing online with ‘bootcamp’ style days tailored and designed in different locations around the world.

If you believe you are the right fit, we welcome a conversation.

“I believe the mind is the central piece of the longevity puzzle. Not the soft piece. Not the optional piece. The central piece.

Everything I build — The Inner Edge, the corporate programmes, the keynotes — is in service of one idea: that a long life without a fully alive mind is not the goal.

And that the tools to build that mind exist, right now, for anyone willing to use them.”
